Ms. Jane’s Tutoring & Dyslexia Services provides individualized online Structured Literacy instruction for students across the United States. Some families use education savings accounts or scholarship programs to help pay for tutoring. The rules and payment steps depend on the student’s program.

Arizona ESA

Utah Fits All

We are an Arizona ESA-approved provider. If your student uses Arizona ESA funds, please mention this in your inquiry so we can discuss the proposed tutoring arrangement and any required documentation. Tutoring availability depends on instructional and scheduling fit.

We have been approved as a Utah Fits All provider. Utah families can learn about our online dyslexia tutoring and our current direct enrollment and billing process on our Utah Fits All tutoring page. Families who pay for an eligible service outside the Odyssey Marketplace may request reimbursement through their student’s Odyssey wallet. Odyssey reviews each request and makes the final funding decision.

Payment and Documentation

Our tutoring agreement uses calendar-based monthly billing. We invoice approximately one week before the student’s first scheduled session of the month, with payment due by that first session. Families remain responsible for payment if funding is delayed, reduced, denied, or unavailable. Please tell us before enrollment which funding program you plan to use so we can discuss the proposed arrangement and documentation.

Arizona ESA: Arizona families use ClassWallet for ESA payments and reimbursement requests. We can discuss the itemized invoice and applicable Tutor credential information for the proposed assignment. Families who pay first and request reimbursement must also provide proof of payment. We provide an itemized invoice and, after payment, a receipt to support your ClassWallet submission.

Utah Fits All: Our current process is direct enrollment and Company billing. Families who pay for an eligible service outside the Odyssey Marketplace may request reimbursement through their student’s Odyssey wallet. Odyssey reviews each request and requires itemized purchase documentation and proof of payment; an invoice alone is insufficient. We provide an itemized invoice and, after payment, a receipt to support your reimbursement request. Odyssey determines whether the expense and documentation qualify.
