​Ms. Jane’s Tutoring & Dyslexia Services provides individualized Structured Literacy instruction, educational consultations, dyslexia and school-support guidance, and professional systems for tutors. Services are offered through Ms. Jane and a growing practice of carefully selected affiliated Tutors.

Support for Students & Families

Online Dyslexia Tutoring

Individualized online Structured Literacy and Barton-based instruction for students and adults with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. Students are matched with Jane Gramenz or an affiliated Tutor according to instructional needs, scheduling, and availability. Jane is Master’s Certified in the Barton Reading & Spelling System.

Dyslexia & Curriculum Consultations

Individual consultations provide practical guidance about dyslexia, next steps, instructional resources, tutoring options, accommodations, assistive technology, and home or school support. Services are available for families, adults, educators, and homeschoolers.

Advocacy Guidance & IEP Review

​Paid advocacy consultations can include reviews of IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, and educational records, as well as preparation for school meetings and guidance on educational procedures and student needs.

Professional Systems for Tutors

Ready-to-customize tutoring agreements, enrollment documents, and business systems help online tutors establish clear policies and build organized, sustainable practices. Options are available for Structured Literacy tutors and tutors working in other subjects or specialties.

Additional Instructional Support

Screening & Evaluation Guidance

​Ms. Jane helps families determine whether screening or a comprehensive evaluation may be appropriate, understand available options, and connect with trusted local neuropsychologists or online testing resources. Screening appointments are limited and offered selectively.

My Multiplication Magic

Explicit, multisensory instruction helps students develop an understanding of multiplication and fluency without relying solely on timed drills or rote memorization. This focused program gives students another way to understand, organize, and retain multiplication facts.
